Makeup Trends: Fall 2016

Every year as the seasons change, new trends surface. You don’t have to be a supermodel in NY or Paris to rock these hot new makeup trends! As it gets colder outside, you’ll want to try all of these jaw dropping trends! The colors you use, the way you draw certain lines can all break or make your look.

Glitter Bomb

At NYFW glitter was everywhere! Which is exciting for those of us that are still wanting to put glitter on everything from our pre-teen years!. You can do a subtle glitter eyeliner or a full eyelid of glitter! You can put it in your hair, on your eyebrows, and even under the brow bone! This would be perfect for a night on the town!

Gothic Lips

I know dark lips can be a little intimidating especially for someone who has never worn a darker shade– But I think this trend is something every lady needs to try at least once! You can wear a dark shade ranging from black–plum–to a deep red. Try this dark lip with a bushy brow and perfectly defined lashes. Dont over do with your eyeshadow– You don’t want to take away from the lip!

Copper Lids

This is by far one of my favorite trends! Copper toned eyeshadows compliment any eye color and any skin tone! Whether it is a metallic cream shadow– to a matte pigment this is a look everyone will love. Try this with perfectly defined brows and a nude/bare lip!

Lashes Only

This look is so unique in a sense that it really broadcasts your natural beauty and accentuates one feature. Whether you have naturally long lashes, eyelash extensions or a nice pair of strip lashes this is an easy everyday go to look! To add a little flare to this look add a colored mascara to the tips of your lashes!

Fresh Faced Glow

I know I know over the years we’ve all been trying so hard to make our faces as matte as can be–BUT this year a fresh dewy look is totally in. Skin brighteners, face illuminators, and highlighters will be your go to products. You can pair this look with any of those mentioned above. After achieving your glowing radiant skin set your makeup with a dewy setting spray!
