We value our clients, and your time, and want to ensure you get your preferred appointment time and the service you deserve. In order to do this, we require a credit card be entered our secured online system to reserve your selected appointment time.

Appointments made online via our online scheduler must be made 24 hours in advance. The online system will not allow appointments to be scheduled after this period. If you require an appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, please call 303.388.LASH and we will attempt to meet your needs.

As a professional courtesy to your stylist, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you to call 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Any changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no call/no shows will be charged a fee in the amount that is 50% of your service.
