Spring into Your Sanitas Skincare

 Hello beautiful Lashistas! As the seasons change, so does our skin. And, with winter ending, cross your fingers, we can put away our emollient, thick, and heavy creams and cleansers to prepare our skin for the warmer months ahead. As Springtime is on the horizon, it is the perfect season for shedding our old skin and creating a new, fresh face for the summer. With this in mind, we’ve put together an exclusive Sanitas regime to ward off skin related freakouts, preparing your skin to glow this summer!

Basic Routine

Step 1: ​Cleanse

Use Vitamin C Lactic Cleanser​ for 1 minute and remove with warm water. This cleanser’s lactic acid is an alpha Hydroxy Acid which helps to reduce acne breakouts and the appearance of wrinkles and other signs of aging. Additionally, it is a very mild exfoliator! Use daily, morning and evening.

Step 2:​ Under Eye Treatment

Lightly dot the Peptide Eye Treatmentaround your upper and lower lid in problem areas. This peptide rich treatment reduces dark circles and puffiness, diminishes fine lines, and tightens and volumizes skin. Use daily, morning and evening.

Step 3:​ Moisturizer

Apply one to two pumps of Antioxidant Moisturizer,​ covering your face and neck. The antioxidants in this moisturizer replenishes moisture, deeply nourishes, and minimizes fine lines and wrinkles! Add a pump of Hyaluronic Acid Serum​ to increase hydration and reverse damage from free radicals. Use daily, morning and evening.

AMP it Up!

Give your skincare routine a boost by adding up to three exercise nights a week. A gradual and regular exercise routine for your skin can aid in reducing puffiness, fine lines, and wrinkles. Additionally, it can help your skin strengthen for more advanced, aggressive treatments in the salon, including microderm and chemical peels.

Step 1:​ Enzyme Mask

Mask with Sanitas Papaya, Pumpkin, or Cranberry Enzyme ​and leave on for 10-15 minutes. This product is activated by steam, so it is perfect to use when you are soaking in a warm bath or hot shower. This mask works to dissolve dead skin cells and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Start by using one time a week, working up to two times a week morning or evening.

Step 2:​ Mask

Apply a thin layer of the Tea Tree Mask: a detoxifying clay mask treatment to your face and neck. Allow it to dry for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. The Tea Tree Mask may also be used as a spot treatment to soothe breakouts! This mask absorbs excess oils and helps draw out impurities embedded in pores, creating a more even tone in your skin. Start by using one time a week, working up to two times a week morning or evening.

Step 3:​ Vitamin A

Apply ReJuven A ​sparingly to face, neck, and decollete. Make sure to avoid your eye area! For best use, wait at least five minutes before applying moisturizer. This product is a skin renewal treatment that gently restores collagen and reduces age spots. Limit your initial use to three times per week in the evenings only and gradually increase to daily. Dry, flaking skin and redness may occur. Make sure to pair with Solar Block​ for regular sun protection!
